Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Baseline is not updated after updating baseline.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Baseline should be updated after updating baseline.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Pro connecting to SQLite DB.
  2. Create a new project, add 3 activities, schedule the project.
  3. Create baseline from current project.
  4. Change duration to the activities.
  5. Run update baseline with option "Update all activities" and it completes.
  6. Check the job log and notice that no activities are updated.
  7. Restore the target baseline and notice that none of the activities has been updated.
