Unable to Delete a Competency Item from a Person's Talent Profile (Doc ID 2677841.1)

It is not possible for an employee to delete a Competency item (which they have added) from their talent profile as follows:

As the employee go to:

Home/Me/Career and Performance/Skills and Qualifications
find the Competency section
click on an item which has been added under Competencies/click on the 3 dots and choose "Edit" - the delete button does not show

The employee is able to delete other content items that they have added (eg. Languages/Certifications etc)

Note: It is not possible for someone with Human Resource Specialist role to delete this competency item
