When attempting to create a Purchase Requisition and click add to cart,
the following error occurs.
The attempted operation couldn't be completed due to an error. Contact your help desk. (POR-2010129)
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 17, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as7_02, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchase Requisition
2. Create a requisition > Click on Add to Cart
3. Error occurs
