Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Fusion Payroll (UK)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
 Discrepancy between the BACS file and the Payment Register and Element Register reports.
 BACS file total: 1,643,997.33
 Payment Register total: 1,641,906.37
 Element Register total: 1,641,384.13

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The values between the three files should match.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a payroll user.
2. Go to Navigator > My Client > Payroll
3. Click on Payroll Flows
4. Select Legislative Data Group > Search for BACS
5. Enter Parameters > Submit
6. Noted behavior upon trying to reconcile with Element Register and Payment Register.

Due to this issue, users cannot accurately report the totals on their bank file.
