ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to see BU in Receivables System Options
Attempting to add a BU to the Receivables System Options and BU is not showing on the list. Use the + sign in the UI but it does nothing. BU has been setup as well as data access for users.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to setup system options for BU.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Receivables System Options task.
2. Search for BU.
