Goal

Unable  to find  Percentage Completed details for Goals in Pending or Submitted Goals

It is understood that the goal approvals has moved to the approvals framework and hence we need to use approval tables for reporting on Goals in Pending or Submitted Goals. However, it is noticed that pending and submitted Goals are not in HRG_GOALS tables hence not able to get PERCENT_COMPLETE details.
