Invalid Referer Error After Application Becomes Non Responsive (Doc ID 2678587.1)

On : Unifier Cloud Environment

After a short amount of time after login, users experience the spinning wheel when performing an action in Unifier.  If the user clicks on somewhere within the application after htis occurs, the receive the error below.  The customer's environment uses SAML.


Alert: Invalid Referer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier
2. After a short amount of time of navigating or performing actions within Unifier, spinning wheel comes up the application becomes non responsive
3. If a user clicks somewhere within the application, the error occurs.
