Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User tries to lock and publish a product group.

It is locked successfully and then publishing it on UI takes minutes and never ends.

Also if trying to publish from Rest Api, it times out.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The product group can be locked and published quickly without errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to product group
2. Try to lock it and publish
3. See that the product group is locked and the publishing is stuck and times out .
