Application Profile User Roles And Oath2 Id And Secret Did Not Import (Doc ID 2679001.1)

Goal

While exporting the application from one instance to other instance, userRoles, client id's and secrets are not exported.  We tried migrating the application two different ways:

1) Using the grunt VB build process 

2) Using the standard export/import process. Both ways returned the same results.

We need to manually reassign all of our user roles to our application profiles and we also had to re-update all of our service connections to enter the client id's and client secrets.
