Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Human Resources
Allocation criteria "When the action record becomes effective" for Hire Checklists is not working as expected.
When converting a Pending Worker to an Employee with future Proposed Start Date , the checklist is it initiated in the same date as the Conversion(for example 15/04/2020), instead of the Proposed Hire Date(for example: 20/04/2020 )
The expectation is that , upon Converting a Pending Worker in advanced on the Hire Date which is April 20, 2020, all the checklist for Hire must be DEFERRED OR PENDING and must be only allocated when the records becomes active(20/04/2020), instead of (15/04/2020).
