Users with View Permissions Get Error "You do not have permission to access this record" Opening BP Record (Doc ID 2679278.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 19.12

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

There are some users that get the following message when attempting to open Business Process (BP) records they have view access to:

You do not have permission to access this record.

This message also shows on the right hand panel as well. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Users should never get this message when accessing records they have permissions to view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to the appropriate BP log
  3. Select a record. Notice the message on the right hand panel. Attempt to open the record and receive the same message as a pop.
