Route Header Day of Week and Departure time not consider in load assignment logic.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Set Facility parameter and Company parameter
Facility parameter - ROUTE_HANDLING_MODE=2
Company parameter - ROUTE_HANDLING_MODE = NULL ,

2. Set carrier on Carrier screen
Carrier -AH Carrier carrier type=LTL/TL

3. Set Order type on Order type screen
“Facility Order Flag” set to “Yes”.

4. Set route on Route Header screen
ROUTEM - TUE -5pm Ship via = D2D/Door to Door Destination Facility = (HOSP1) Stop seq= 10
ROUTEL - TUE -7PM Ship via = D2D/Door to Door Destination Facility = (HOSP1) Stop seq= 20

5. Create wave template ' ROUTE D2D' on Wave template screen

6. Create order #3KB3103PART20 for item #436697 qty = 1

7. Run manual wave on Manual Wave screen for order #3KB3103PART20 with wave template ' ROUTE D2D'

10. RF Execute Task for task# TSK0005961 for LPN nbr:OC000000425 place in oblpn nbr OC000000425 drop: OBDROP

11. OBLPNs screen Lpn nbr: OC000000425 click Carrier lpn verify Route = ROUTEL

Expectation is for ROUTEM to be assigned instead of ROUTEL. Appears system is not considering Route header configurations(Day of Week and Departure Time) as setup in step 4.
