Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Item Extended Attributes grayed out at organization level items whereas it was editable at master level items.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Item Extended Attributes should be editable at organization level.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. (N) Setup and maintenance->Manage Item Attribute Groups and Attributes.
2. Define attribute group under 'Item Extended Attributes' Flexfield Name.
3. Associate newly defined attribute group under Attribute group and pages of Root item class.
4. Define item and check at check at master and organization level.
