Symptoms

Customer is sending integration data files for the batch to SFTP from an external system and getting intermittent failures in the data transmission.  It is not the same file that fails and may be fine for several days and then fail again.  The errors seen on the client side are:

SFTP<TIMESTAMP NAME>PROD(540334) ABORT received : 0 0.
SUP<TIMESTAMP NAME>PROD(52969134) connection abort indication: reason="0, No error" /prot.diag="9, Disconnection indication" / error=0.
