ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new position on a mobile device (through Manage Positions in My Client Groups), you are unable to scroll to the right of the page to complete required fields (i.e. Action Reason).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to scroll to the right to select the Action Reason drop down.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
My Client Groups > Workforce Structures > Manage Positions > Create
