On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Reports
Payable Trial Balance Report with no Ledger Error
User try to run Payable Trial Balance Report for All Ledger.
Parameter for Ledger in this Report are Optional, and user did not put any value in the report.
But when user Submit the report, it shows error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Payables Trial Balance Report with blank value for Ledger parameter
2. The report ends in error
