Information in this document applies to any platform.
Employees are able to backdate a life event that is outside of the enrollment period. Employees only have 30 days to initiate a life event. What user is seeing is an employee being able to backdate a life event past 30 days.
We would like to see that when the employee tries to even create a life event outside of 30 days it does NOT trigger any type of event.
