Granular Migrations: Error When Attempted by Admins Without All Access Administrator Group in 20A (Doc ID 2680268.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to product version 20A, in environments where full access admin users have varying access to configurations and do not have the "All Access" administrator group, granular migrations of configurations are not allowed and the following permission error will display if they are attempted by these users:

You do not have permission to migrate some of the selected entities.

This error will display even if users have access to every component they are attempting to migrate.

 

Changes

 The environment was upgraded to product version 20A from a previous version.
