Symptoms

When using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to load data from an Oracle table to a target CSV file with knowledge module "IKM SQL to File Append" and the KM option "Generate_header" set to True, it fails with an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error.

When option "Generate_Header" is set to False, the error does not occur.
