How To Write An EL Expression To Make A Field Read Only in RUI Pages If A Certain Action Is used ? (Doc ID 2680499.1)

Goal

The requirement is to make a field read only in the Transfers guided flow but it needs to be updateable if you enter the screen using the 'Promote' guided flow. It appears that both Transfers and Promote guided flow use the same ADF page.

For Example the 'Grade' field to be updatable when going in via Promote, but read only when going in via Transfers. Is it possible to write an EL Expression on the Read Only display option that can do this based on Action?
