Scope: This page describes the workaround that can be applied to fix the issue with Registered Public Users access to reports containing Custom Subject Area in 20B, 20C and 20D releases.

Symptoms

 

Registered Public Users are unable to view reports containing Custom Subject Area.

 After the upgrade to 20.04
