Symptoms

Inbound receipts IBLPN Put Away with TRBL lock code does not update non sellable bucket in RMS.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Perform a receipt in Logfire WMS.
2. Do the putaway in a location with a lock code.
3. Check that the non sellable bucket is not updated.
