Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Manage Orders

When attempting to create an Order with Item which have EFF attributes with some value, is failing in Order Management with error at pricing.

ERROR
----------

oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.apps.scm.pricing.priceExecution.algorithms.publicQuery.exception.SetQueryException, msg=Can not execute query with input map: [bindEffectivityDate=Tue Apr 14 09:33:21 UTC 2020, bindItemId=<Item>, bindOrganizationId=<Organization>]. Am:oracle.apps.scm.pricing.priceExecution.pricingProcesses.publicModel.applicationModule.PricingProcessAM, AmConfig:PricingProcessAMLocal, Vo:ItemUserDefinedAttribute1, voCriteria:ItemIdCriteria, SortCriteria:null

java.math.BigDecimal cannot be cast to java.lang.String


STEPS
---------
1. Create Order and fill header information.
2. Adding item having EFF value and error occurs.
