ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After loading 19 Learning Questions with HDL with success, only one is reflecting in UI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After loading 19 Learning Questions with HDL with success, all should be visible in UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit button
4. Load with success
4. Only one Question from 19, reflecting in UI

Due to this issue, users cannot load Learning Questions in UI thru HDL.
