DCL Fields Referring To A Choice List Field In Custom Object Are Not Reflecting The Change In LOV (Doc ID 2681113.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DCL fields referring to a choice list field in Custom Object are not reflecting the change in LOV


Customer has created two DCLs "AAA_c" and "BBB_c" in Opportunity Object referring to two Custom Objects CObj1_c and CObj2_c respectively.
Display value of the DCL fields are referring to Fixed choice list (FCL) fields in the Custom Objects i.e. AAA_c from CObj1_c and BBB_c from CObj2_c 

When user modifies the Lookup Meaning in the Fixed choice list fields, DCL field display values are not reflected in the existing Opportunity.
Even when they are creating a new Opportunity still the old LOV meanings are showing up.
Also the LookupCode is shown instead of Meaning in the DCL.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

DCL fields referring to a choice list field in Custom Object should reflect the change in LOV and it should reflect the Meaning and not the Lookup code.
