Fusion PIM: When Running the Item Import With Delete Processed Rows : All Rows, It Does Not Show an Organization Error Message (Doc ID 2681345.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing an item import FBDI job with as following CSV records, the Item Import JOB completed successfully but it does not show incorrect organization error message.

 - First Row in CSV file: 1st item with all correct values that should be imported successfully

 - Second Row in CSV file: 2nd item with all correct values that should be imported successfully

 - Third Row in CSV file: 3rd item with an incorrect organization value that should be imported unsuccessfully


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1) File is Processed - with Item Import Job as Error
2) For 1st and 2nd rows, Valid reord PIM item should be created
3) For the 3rd Item on the Import , Item import should show error Message

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a CSV file as follows:
    1. First Row in CSV file: 1st item with all correct values that should be imported successfully
    2. Second Row in CSV file: 2nd item with all correct values that should be imported successfully
    3. Third Row in CSV file: 3rd item with an incorrect organization value that should be imported unsuccessfully
  2. Upload CSV file and Load interface
  3. Run Item Import as Parameter "Delete Processed Rows: All Rows"
    (* Note: if set Delete Processed Rows to "Completed Rows" then this issue does not happen.)
