Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The tabs on workbench don't get refreshed when move from one tab to the other

When there are multiple tabs on a workbench, while navigating between tabs sometimes the workbench takes a long time to refresh and the related manager layout still shows the data of previous tab selection

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
on change of tab, manager layout should show the correct business object.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a workbench with multiple tabs with tables
2. Add a manager layout for details to the tables
3. Select a business object from tab, manager layout will show the business object for edit
4. Move to the next tab and select another business object
5. check the manager layout for object change
