POV For Financial Reporting (FR) Reports Looks Different In Reports Card Compared To Its Display In Explore Repository Module (Doc ID 2681598.1)

Symptoms

While launching an FR report in the Explore Repository module, the POV Preview dialog shows a certain number of dimensions (e.g., Scenario, Year, Period).  When viewing the same report via the Reports card, one or more dimensions is missing from the POV Preview screen (i.e., only Scenario and Year are shown).
