Pallet Picking: Destination Zone is not Displayed when Executing a Task (Doc ID 2681717.1)

Last updated on JUNE 19, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management Enterprise Edition Cloud Service - Version 19.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When performing a Pallet Picking, the Drop Zone required to locate the Pallet is not being requested.
However, it allows scanning any of the drop locations.

--- Steps to reproduce the issue

On the RF device:
1) Enter the RF and select the screen 'Execute Task'.
2) Select the appropriate task.
3) Scan the requested pallet.
4) Note that the RF requests for a drop location. However, it does not indicate the task zone (destination zone) to locate.
Then, the operator can leave the pallet in any drop location.
There is no issue with Picking, as long as Pallet Picking is allowed.
The issue is that it is not indicating which drop zone to leave the Pallet.

Expected Result: At the end of the Picking Pallet Task, the RF should indicate which Drop Zone in which to locate.
It should not allow the user to scan any drop location outside of this zone.
