Symptoms
BI mobile app settings are reset after session refresh.
Steps To Replicate :
- Log in to the BI Mobile App and confirm that the screen looks normal.
- Exit the app.
- After few minutes, access the app again, a session refresh message appears. While checking the project screen, '404 Not Found' error message pops up.
- Disconnect from the app and log in again, the screen appears normally. However after disconnecting from the app, the settings like SSO and VA path get initialized.
