ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer is not able to see all the sections from User Account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer should be able to see the user and roles sections

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
My Client Groups- Person Management- User Account- user section/ roles/ role delegation/approval delegation

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see all the sections from User Account. The sections: user and roles are missing.
