Symptoms

After 20B:

Customers may be unable to use the "Sales Order for Order Hub" REST API method DELETE to delete the Draft Order.

Changes

1. Create an order in Draft status using REST API from Postman/Curl/Integration
2. Execute the REST API to Delete the order
3. User receives an error:

Status: 400 Bad Request - java.lang.NullPointerException
