Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
When attempting to reject an intercompany batch,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.bpel.services.workflow.WorkflowException, msg=User comments are expected for action "REJECT" on this Task.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Journals >> manage approvals >> Requiring my approval
2. Select a journal to reject
3. Enter a comment to reject and click ok. Error occurs and journals are still not rejected.
