Twisted log in IDs
2 pilot users are setup to test out functionalities:
User A UsernameA
User B UsernameB
The problem is that, despite the setup, when logging in Outlook with User A the corresponding user ID for O365 is the one corresponding to User B and vice-versa.
With the correct combination (eg User A and UsernameA) the user is getting:
O365 - the user is already associated with another account (ZPS_365-5685024)
In Security console UserA is connected to UsernameA
Also, in Resource Directory the setup appears the same.
But in Manage Office 365 task > Office 365 Monitor button> users > User name UsernameA is incorrectly mapped to User B and UsernameB to User A.
Attempting to change username (Actions> Update user credentials), the following error message is received and changes cannot be saved.
Warning
That user name is already mapped to an email. Enter a user name that's not already mapped to an email. (ZPS_365-5685093)
Attempting to change the email address, the following error message is received and changes cannot be saved.
Warning
That email is already mapped to another user name. Enter an email that's not already mapped to a user name. (ZPS_365-5685092)
