Symptoms

Users unable to open/run FR reports in EPM Cloud environment.  Users receive message:

"Error while connecting : Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [Cannot open member selection. Essbase Error(1001064): You do not have sufficient access to perform a read on this database]"
