On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Global Payroll
Employees were able to update a PPM of type EFT without selecting a bank account.
Subsequently, this is identified as an issue during the Make EFT Payments process
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update PPM via ESS
2. Do not select an account
3. Run the Make EFT Payments process
