Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Communications (email, text, alerts)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Expiration Date variable in communication includes a time and no option to remove that time from the variable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expiration Date that shows up in communications is a date only, not including a time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find (or create and wait for) a permit that is expired and received an "Expired Permit" email.
2. Look at the text in that email and find the variable where the applicant is told when the permit expired.
3. Consider whether it makes sense that the time of expiration is included in the text of the email.
