Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using Import Map to load data. In the csv file they are using comma as a decimal separator.
So when they load the data it is not adhering to same.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When data is loaded , in CSV data added is 8,63 (comma as a decimal separator- 8 is integer and 63 is fraction) while in system is gets uploaded as 863.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create csv file and use comma as a decimal separator.
2. Load the data
3. Observe the data is loaded wrong.
