Symptoms

On : Unifier App 20.1

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While actively working within the app, users were getting session timeout messages and were getting kicked out of the app when accessing Unifier using iPhone or Android.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Users should not be receiving session timeout messages and getting kicked out of the app when actively using it.
