LBAC Not Working For Manage Tasks REST Endpoints API

When LBAC is enabled, the system should block access from non-white listed IP addresses. LBAC removes user's role at run time if the access is from a non-white listed IP. However, BPM Worklist REST API's do not appear to use the same mechanism since access is allowed from non-white listed IP.
User's expect Manage Tasks REST Endpoints API calls from non whitelisted LBAC IPS to remove the roles.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use LBAC to control approved IP addresses as described in What is the Difference Between IP Whitelisting and Location Based Access Control (LBAC) (Doc ID 2615294.1)
2. Call BPM REST API's --> Manage Tasks REST Endpoints as described in the documentation . For example , Path: /bpm/api/4.0/tasks.
