Office 365 : How to Turn on Uni-Directional Sync for CX Sales for Office 365 Addin (Doc ID 2683405.1)

Goal

 Uni-directional Appointment Sync in CX Sales Cloud for Office 365 Outlook Addin allows users to sync their Appointments in one direction from Outlook client to CX Sales Cloud .

By default Bi-directional sync is turned on.  Once Uni-directional Appointment sync is turned on , the Appointments created in Outlook will sync to CX Sales Cloud. Updates made in CX Sales Cloud will not be synced to Outlook . 

This document explains the steps to take in order to turn on Uni-directional sync for CX Sales Cloud for Office 365 Outlook Addin .
