On : 11.13.19.10.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Department name have been changed for Position, but after running Synchronize Person Assignments from Position process, Department name is not updated to new value for all employees in Person Management > Assignment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Department name should be updated to new value for all employees.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Structure > Manage Position
2. Search and select a Position
3. Edit Position and change Department name
4. Save and Close
5. Run Synchronize Person Assignments from Position process
6. Go to Person Management > Search and select impacted employees
7. Check the Department name value in Assignment tab
7. Notice that not all employees have Department name value changed
