Symptoms
Searching for GTM Parties by Favorites, does not return the GTM Parties records that are user favorites.
EXAMPLE:

Master Data > Parties > Search for 'XXX' > Mark as Favorite.
Master Data > Parties > select 'Favorites=Yes' > Search > No data was returned.

Master Data > Parties > Search for 'XXX' > Mark as Favorite.
