When submitting a Change Personal Information transaction which should be auto approved, the transaction instead goes into Auto Recovery status.
The log file is showing the following error:
oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : access denied ("oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission" "http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/hcm/common/transaction/transactionService/TransactionService#updateConsoleTransactionStatus" "invoke")
