Our merge process is being rejected.


ERROR

"The merge request can't be processed because customer contacts are owned by different resource organizations. Contact your system administrator."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up merge request between two Accounts.
2. Merge is rejected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot merge two specific Accounts.
