Goal

 This note describes a payload to submit an order using Postman. The Order will:

1. Be priced externally - Freeze Price Flags are set to true
2. Be created with one line.
3. A Freight Charge has been added to the line.
3. Will be submitted

NOTE: The Payload has been tested in a Support Test Instance and values will need to be changed to match customer specific set up.
