Cannot Add or Remove Products from Collections from the Edit Product Section in the AdminUI in OCC 20B (Doc ID 2684029.1)

Symptoms

Admin users are unable to manage product <-> collection relationships from within the edit product screens in the adminUI.

When using the adminUI on the Catalog page, when editting a product there is a tab callled Collections.
Changing or adding new collection associations for products does not save and the products are not added to the collection.

After saving these changes no /ccadmin/v1/products/{id}/addToCollections call is seen in the network logging.

Changes

 Environment was recently upgraded to OCC v20b
