Goal

Qn1:On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Financials/Accounting (Billing, Payments, Fees)

Whenever a refund is attempted an error is received.  The error is "Refund has failed".
Refund History Page > Select Initiate Refund from List > Refund Detail > Click Process Refund > Error Refund has failed.
