Configuration Attributes on Inactive Tab Lose Values on First Update (Doc ID 2684325.1)

When using a punch-in URL with parameters to set configuration attribute values, attributes on inactive Configuration Flow tabs do not retain their values when clicking Update. They will have the punch-in value when the page first loads, as shown in the Pipeline Viewer, but after clicking Update or triggering Auto Update, the attribute values will revert to blank.


 The site was upgraded to 19D or newer.
