ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Job Schedule in BICC is not sending notifications

For the extract which is running under job schedule in BICC, though user has mentioned email references, they are not able to receive any notifications.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The job schedule in BICC should work and send email notifications.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BICC
2. Go to Job Schedule
3. Schedule a job to start
4. Complete the email recipients
5. See that the email notifications are not sent
